have lived happily in Kennington for some 45 years and have been active in local affairs for 30 of them. As Chairman of the Manor of Kennington Residents' Association I value my membership of the KOV Forum for providing friendly contact with other local groups and helping to define and meet the important needs of the neighbourhood. |

I have lived in Kennington for nearly 50 years and have been a KOV Board member since it started. My special interests are: community politics, town planning, heritage, local history, parks, libraries and public amenity. I have welcomed the KOV Forum for its great opportunity for separate groups to work together. |

I’m a founding member and secretary of Vauxhall Gardens Estate Residents & Tenants Association (VGERTA) that represents more than 2,000 residents. I’m actively involved in many community projects including ongoing efforts for reviving the Glasshouse Walk Playground adjacent to Pleasure Gardens. Previously I served on the board of the Waterloo Community Regeneration Trust. I’m a Project Manager and a Consultant Civil Engineer with over 10 years experience, currently working on a high profile transport project which will be completed before the London 2012 Olympics My diverse project and community regeneration experience will benefit KOV enormously. |
